"A life looking into your phone is not a life," said Michelle Obama when she visited Vancouver this year. That statement resonated with me and comes to mind when I find myself scanning social feeds.
Unfortunately, technology is triggering the addictive centers of our brains and causing this animation to be truer than I would like.
