Time Commitment

There are four modules in each eFOCUS course. We suggest doing one module per week to allow time to integrate the learning and spend about two hours per module. That should give you enough time to read the articles, watch the videos, and complete the practical activities in your course workbook.

Inclusive Leadership, 4 Self-Paced Modules

You will learn essential practices for building inclusive cultures and leading Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) in the workplace. Leverage insights from cognitive science to gain an understanding of the social brain and increase your inclusive leadership effectiveness.

This course is designed to support organizational DEIB initiatives and help you develop an action plan for being a more inclusive leader.

Building Resilience, 4 Self-Paced Modules

The pace of change and growing personal and professional stressors are challenging our performance and well-being like never before. Leveraging insights from cognitive science, this course helps you combat stress and burnout with strategies to improve well-being.

By the end of the course, you will have a full toolkit of manageable micro-actions and a plan to improve self-care, along with strategies to build resilience in the face of adversity.
