The pace of change and growing personal and professional stressors are challenging our performance and well-being like never before. Leveraging insights from cognitive science, this course helps you combat stress and burnout with strategies to improve well-being.

By the end of the course, you will have a full toolkit of manageable micro-actions and a plan to improve self-care, along with strategies to build resilience in the face of adversity.

How it Works

Each of the modules in this self-paced, online course takes about a week to complete. The curriculum includes lessons on DEIB topics, articles, videos, bonus supplemental materials, and practice activities to make sure that you feel confident applying what you've learned.
