Congratulations, CLPD Designation Recipients!

The inaugural group of professionals to earn an eLeadership Academy Coaching & Leadership Professional Designation (CLPD) have graduated, and we couldn’t be more proud.

Jointly awarded by eLeadership Academy and Royal Roads University, the designation is achieved by credit union professionals who have demonstrated elevated leadership and coaching effectiveness. At eLeadership Academy, we are thrilled to have awarded the first designations for this advanced credential and honoured to have partnered with Royal Roads, as they are such a highly respected university.

Having previously received their Certificate in Applied Leadership (CAL), representing over 100 hours of focused leadership and coaching training, these credit union professionals have just taken their leadership and coaching skills to the next level.
