Building Resilience, 4 Self-Paced Modules

The pace of change and growing personal and professional stressors are challenging our performance and well-being like never before. Leveraging insights from cognitive science, this course helps you combat stress and burnout with strategies to improve well-being.

By the end of the course, you will have a full toolkit of manageable micro-actions and a plan to improve self-care, along with strategies to build resilience in the face of adversity.

What This Course Covers:

Through four short modules, employees explore the Resilience Framework—Mindset, Focus, Health, and Connection—and learn simple actions that can be applied immediately.

MINDSET

Mindset shapes how we interpret challenges and respond to stress. Learn how reframing, emotional awareness, and shifting from negative to possibility-focused thinking can strengthen resilience and support healthier reactions in difficult moments.

FOCUS

A focused mind is a resilient mind. Explore why distraction drains energy, how multitasking affects the brain, and which simple habits—like mindfulness and reducing internal/external distractions—help improve clarity, attention, and emotional regulation.

HEALTH

Foundational habits like sleep, nutrition, and movement have a powerful impact on both physical and mental resilience. Learn how small, attainable changes to daily routines can improve energy, mood, and long-term well-being.

CONNECTION

Connection is essential for buffering stress. Discover how supportive relationships, empathy, and psychological safety reduce threat responses in the brain and strengthen your ability to stay grounded, engaged, and productive under pressure.

How EVOLVE Differs From eFOCUS

EVOLVE courses are shortened, accessible versions of our longer eFOCUS courses, and are ideal for quick learning or organization-wide rollout.

The full eFOCUS Resilience course provides a deeper, leadership-level exploration and is required for leaders pursuing the Certificate in Applied Leadership (CAL). Completing EVOLVE does not count toward CAL program requirements.
