This course is designed to support organizational DEIB initiatives and help you develop an action plan for being a more inclusive leader.

Building Resilience, 4 Self-Paced Modules

The pace of change and growing personal and professional stressors are challenging our performance and well-being like never before. Leveraging insights from cognitive science, this course helps you combat stress and burnout with strategies to improve well-being.

By the end of the course, you will have a full toolkit of manageable micro-actions and a plan to improve self-care, along with strategies to build resilience in the face of adversity.

What This Course Covers:

Through four short modules, employees explore key concepts that support a culture of inclusion and belonging. Each module includes videos, reflections, and simple actions to apply immediately.

DIVERSITY

Diversity makes teams stronger. Explore the many dimensions of diversity and why we naturally gravitate toward sameness, often without realizing it. Learn how greater awareness helps create a workplace where everyone feels recognized and valued.

BIAS

Bias is a normal part of how the brain works—but it can unintentionally get in the way of fairness. Understand how unconscious bias forms, why it influences our actions, and how emotional intelligence and empathy help interrupt it.

BELONGING

Belonging is a fundamental human need. Discover how small, everyday actions—listening fully, respecting boundaries, and watching for micro-aggressions—can strengthen psychological safety and help colleagues feel accepted and supported.

ALLYSHIP

Everyone can play a role in supporting inclusion. Learn what meaningful allyship looks like, how to use your position to advocate for others, and how small acts of courage can make a lasting impact on your team and culture.

How EVOLVE Differs From eFOCUS

EVOLVE courses are shortened, accessible versions of our longer eFOCUS courses, and perfect for short training, or organization-wide rollout.

The full eFOCUS Inclusion course provides a deeper, leadership-level exploration and is required for leaders pursuing the Certificate in Applied Leadership (CAL). Completing EVOLVE does not count toward CAL program requirements.
