What This Course Covers:
Through four short modules, employees learn how to understand their reactions to change, reframe challenges as opportunities, build new habits, and support a culture of adaptability.
ACCEPT
Change can feel overwhelming—our brains are wired to prefer predictability. Explore why uncertainty triggers stress responses, how natural biases shape resistance, and what happens in the brain during change. Learn simple practices to pause, identify emotions, and choose more productive responses.
REFRAME
Mindset shapes how we experience change. Discover how to reframe challenges, adopt a growth mindset, and recognize common cognitive traps that make change feel bigger than it is. Learn how the power of “yet” and focusing on personal benefit (WIIFM) can reduce anxiety and build optimism.
REWIRE
Change becomes easier when the brain knows what to expect. Learn how neuroplasticity works, why repetition matters, and how reward loops and focused attention help create lasting habits. Explore how to focus on what you can control and strengthen your ability to adapt with consistency.
TRANSFORM
Real transformation happens through small daily actions. Discover how to embed change into routines, use if/then planning, avoid the “snap-back” effect, and reinforce new habits during stressful moments. Learn how personal accountability and clarity create momentum across teams and culture.
Why Change Readiness Matters
Change affects everyone, and how we respond shapes our well-being, our confidence, and the experience of those around us. When people understand the brain’s natural reactions to uncertainty, they feel more grounded and capable. Change-ready teams adapt faster, stay solution-focused, and support one another through transitions. This course equips employees with the mindset and micro-actions needed to navigate change with clarity and resilience.

ENROLL NOW
How EVOLVE Differs From eFOCUS
EVOLVE courses are shortened, accessible versions of our longer eFOCUS courses, and are ideal for quick learning or organization-wide rollout.
The full eFOCUS Leading Change course provides a deeper, leadership-level exploration and is required for leaders pursuing the Certificate in Applied Leadership (CAL). Completing EVOLVE does not count toward CAL program requirements.
