Testimonials:

"eCOACH was a fantastic program, and so relevant. I highly recommend it for anyone leading others. The biggest takeaway for me was learning when it's best to coach and when it's ideal to manage, and effective models for both." Michelle Ward, General Manager

"I learned how to guide the coachee towards both recognizing the problem or opportunity and showing them they are capable of coming up with great solutions on their own." Kimberly Shearer, Learning and Development Specialist

“This course has forever changed the way I have conversations with both family and employees.” Melissa Wilson, Financial Services Manager

“The models for coaching and managing were broken down into simple steps that made it easier to understand, follow and remember.” Elizabeth Burke, Manager, Member Service Center
