You’ll gain practical tools to navigate resistance, build resilience, and lead others through transition. Designed to support organizational change efforts, this course helps you create a personalized Leading Change Action Plan to guide real-world application and sustainable progress.

What You Can Expect From This Course
Through this course, you’ll build your capacity for leading change by completing four self-paced modules.
Time Commitment
You will have access to the course for 60 days from the start date. Plan to spend about two hours with each module. That should give you enough time to read the articles, watch the videos, and complete the practical activities in your Leading Change Workbook.
