Being an inclusive leader is a critical component of effective leadership. This course leverages insights from cognitive science to teach DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging) practices that will help you foster a culture where employees feel safe to share their perspectives and initiative. This course is designed to support organizational DEIB initiatives and help you develop your own action plan for being a more inclusive leader.

What You Can Expect From This Course
Through this course, you’ll build your capacity for inclusive leadership by completing four self-paced modules. Each module will guide you through one aspect of your ability to foster inclusion.
You will have access to the course for 60 days from the start date. Plan to spend about two hours with each module. That should give you enough time to read the articles, watch the videos, and complete the practical activities in your Inclusive Leadership Workbook.
